Retro English/Paris Apartment Cliché
Looking around my home I’m realizing that I have a weakness for colour and florals. It’s starting to feel a bit retro English with a dash of Paris cliché. In other words, dust and an awareness of clutter. There are the French linens from Coucke (bought at a spectacular price thanks to a closing sale) which are excellent for cleaning up spills. They also wash extremely well.
These made-in-England tea cups don’t really help the whole English retro cliché thing. One set matches, the other coordinates.
I got them at a yard sale and yes, I’ll be using them for tea even though I suspect the floral one is a sugar bowl.
