Sunday business chat over brunch

I had brunch with my friend Dag on the weekend. Dag owns a consignment store called Consign Toronto which I’ve written about before. He opened it approximately a year ago and he’s doing well. Well enough that he’s taking the next step. I can’t speak about it yet but based on what he told me, I think it’s a great direction to take the consignment experience. 

After brunch we popped into the Dolce and Gabbana and Mulberry stores which recently opened. Much gawping was done as well as sighing over fabric. This dress, I loved:

We checked out the Blogger Bazaar since it was in the area, stopped into The Cat’s Meow to check out their vintage, then on a more prosaic note, looked at blinds for my home. I saw what I wanted so I must remember to call and get them to come in, measure and cost it out.

The walk home had a dancing Mountie.
