I really do. I live in one, I see the point of going vertical but I saw this today on my way to visit a friend:

Once Postal Station K was sold by Canada Post to the Rockport Group, it was only a matter of time before a development proposal sign would appear despite it not being in the designated urban growth centre of Yonge and Eglinton.
